WRTC organizational changes have taken effect Oct.ober 1, 1995. The following personnel have left the WRTC:
Richard Coleman, Task Area Manager for Interagency Coordination for the WRP, has moved to a position as Assistant to the Chief, Ecological Research Division. Elke Briuer, Task Area Manager for Technology Transfer for the WRP has moved to the Environmental Information Analysis Center.
